Greyson Hillin is a NYC based Guitarist, Songwriter, and Producer known for his colorful guitar sound and unique musical perspective. Hillin believes that we all have a unique identity and impression of the world around us, and his music encourages listeners to express those beautiful qualities that make us who we are. Originally from Austin, Texas, he has been gigging since he was 15 years old in a variety of different contexts. Hillin has garnished a reputation for being a go-to call as an accompanist across a variety of musical styles ranging from folk, jazz, funk, R&B, rock, gospel and more. His determination to transcend the typical role of a guitarist has led him to retain a singular voice recognized across musical situations. He has toured with artists such as Grammy-Nominated Vocalist Farayi Malek, Indie-folk star Harrison Goodell, and continues to work with various artists.
His current trio project takes influence from the traditional Organ, Guitar, Drums trio with Hillin assuming the role of the Organist that he likes to call “Guit-Organ”. Also on vocals, Hillin leads this trio with his original compositions with danceable grooves, lush harmony, and memorable melodies. A live album is currently under works that will be released in 2027.
